Abstract
Pri načrtovanju navojnih vreten, ki niso namenjena premagovanju velikih bremen, se odločamo za kombinacijo materialov polimerne matice in jeklenega vijaka. Zaradi izrazite razlike v trdnosti materialov, nam matica predstavlja kritično komponento. Magistrska naloga predstavi primerjavo izračuna koncentracij napetosti v kritičnih točkah navoja z uporabo analitičnih in numeričnih metod. S primerjavo smo pokazali omejenost uporabe analitičnih metod, ki temeljijo na teoriji spenjalnih vijačnih zvez, saj z njimi ne dosežemo zadovoljive natančnosti. Z uporabo metode končnih elementov, smo analizirali vpliv geometrijskih parametrov navoja na pojav koncentracij napetosti v dveh kritičnih točkah. Obravnavali smo več različnih načinov osnega vpetja navojnega vretena ter ocenili njihovo ustreznost z vidika pojava koncentracij napetosti. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da je pomik zaokrožitve temena navoja vijaka v koren navoja matice najučinkovitejši način zmanjševanja kontaktnega tlaka.

Title:Parametric analysis of linear actuator lead screw
Abstract:
In designing lead screws, not intended to carry large loads, is often choice to use a material combination of steel screw and polymer nut. Due to significant strength differences, the nut is considered as a critical component. The thesis presents a comparison between analytical and numerical methods for stress determination in critical points of a thread. Comparison has shown accuracy limitations of analytical methods, which are based on threaded fasteners theory. With the use of finite element method, we have analyzed the influence of thread geometric parameters on stress concentration in two critical points. Different boundary conditions on the nut of lead screw, were evaluated from the stress concentration point of view. It was concluded that the most effective way for reducing contact stress is aligning screw thread tip with the nut thread root.
