Abstract
V zaključni nalogi smo raziskovali vpliv dolžine sponk, globine štancanja in razlik med redi na orodju na posed in raztezke rotorjev izdelanih v progresivnem paketirnem orodju. Rotorje smo tlačno obremenjevali na natezno trgalnem preizkuševališču in merili posede, nato pa smo spremljali, kakšni so raztezki v naslednjih dneh. Po končanem raztezanju smo v rotorje vtisnili gredi in opazovali, kako in koliko se rotorji raztegnejo. Rezultate smo analizirali z regresijsko analizo. Ugotovili smo, da se posedi pri tlačnem obremenjevanju med seboj močno razlikujejo v odvisnosti od vplivnih parametrov, pri raztezkih po obremenjevanju pa razlike niso velike in je težko določiti, kaj poleg opazovanih vplivnih parametrov še vpliva na raztezke. Ugotovili smo, da je dolžina rotorja po vtiskovanju gredi manjša, opazovani parametri pa imajo na raztezke po vtiskovanju zanemarljiv vpliv. Ugotovili smo, da dolžina sponk v opazovanem intervalu nima vpliva na raztezanje paketa.

Title:Analysis of stamped stacked components
Abstract:
In this thesis we have investigated influence of depth of interlocking clips and stamping depth on shrinkage and strain of rotor packages made with progressive die. We put pressure on rotor packages, measured the shrinkage of packages and then observed, how packages expand in few days. When expanding stopped, we imprinted axles in packages and observed how much rotors expand. We have analysed results with regression analysis. We came to a conclusion that shrinkages of rotor packages under pressure are very different among each other in deppendence to input parameters. On the other hand strains after the expansion do not vary greatly among each other. Because of that, it was hard to conclude which input parameters really have large influence on strains of rotor packages. We also came to conclusion that rotor packages are shorter after the axle imprinting. Also observed input parameters have neglegible influence on strains of rotor packages. We came to conclusion that depth of interlocking staples we observed do not have influence on strain of rotor package.
