In the thesis are presented the guidelines that are recommended to follow when constructing the light hydraulic manifolds out of aluminum alloys. Defined and described are the types of aluminium alloys, most suitable for their production. In the continuation of this work, hydraulic manifolds are presented in general, and the construction of their internal connections-bores, in between which the strength-critical spots appear, are displayed. Mentioned is also the condition of the technology that is today being used in this field. The shape of the specimens for the tests is chosen. The stress-strain analysis is conducted on different types of specimens - on those that contain only two parallel bores as well as those with an additional transverse bore for access to the estimated measurement spot. Based on the results of FEM analysis, the most suitable shape of the transverse bore is chosen. At the experimental part, the static failure tests of the specimens without transverse bores are conducted. The actual static failure of the wall between parallel openings in the specimen occurred only at the specimen, in which the distance between the bores was reduced to 0.28 mm.
