This work discusses the use of the Nikon Eclipse Ti2 research inverted microscope for fluorescence thermometry. As part of the testing of the inverted microscope for use in fluorescence thermometry, we performed an experiment measuring the fluorescence of samples. The system is designed to allow the simultaneous use of optical tweezers and two cameras with global and rolling shutter. In the case of the spectrum of fluorescent samples, we showed the operation of an inverted microscope, an excitation LED lamp, a liquid crystal filter and a rolling shutter camera with CMOS sensor.
