The first chapter encompasses the theory that facilitates a wider understanding of the experimental part. We commenced with the fundamental preparation steps, such as creating the conceptual design, defining the target groups, and constructing the sophisticated information architecture and wire models. We also conducted a market analysis. The website, which is the pivotal part of this thesis, was developed using the HTML mark-up language, CSS stylesheets and JavaScript programming language.
The latest version of the website incorporated a brief evaluation carried out for the purpose of testing the user experience. The results were obtained using a standard user experience measurement questionnaire (UEQ), which is freely accessible online. The aforementioned findings were then entered into a preconstructed chart in order to perform calculations to acquire the final values of the analysis. The main objective of the thesis was to create an appealing and functional website that will provide a supreme user experience. The findings of the questionnaire point to the fact that the main hypothesis of the thesis has been successfully confirmed. The website of the company M.M. Kaučič is part and parcel of this dissertation, which will be further advanced upon the completion of the thesis.
