Abstract

Title:Binding characteristics of antibodies to non-canonical DNA structures
Abstract:
In my diploma work, I was studying specificity and selectivity of antibodies binding to non-canonical DNA structures. I identified antibodies that are used to recognize non-canonical DNA structures in vitro and in vivo.

Keywords:non-canonical DNA structures, antibodies, specifity, interactions, in vitro, in vivo
