Abstract
V zaključni nalogi je obravnavan problem masnega neuravnoteženja togega rotorja pri vrtenju okoli stalne osi, zaradi katerega se na ležajnih mestih pojavijo dinamične sile, ki povzročajo vibracije in hrup. V prvem delu smo v programskem jeziku Python pripravili programsko kodo, ki zajet signal iz silomerov filtrira, nato pa na podlagi poznanih sil v ležajih omogoča odpravo oz. zmanjšanje neuravnoteženosti rotorja. Signal je bilo potrebno najprej filtrirati zaradi šuma, za kar smo uporabili Butterworthov tip filtra iz knjižnice SciPy. V nadaljevanju smo realni rotor s pomočjo izdelanega programa uravnotežili, nato pa smo z uporabo dodatnih mas namerno povzročili neuravnoteženost in jo poskušali v nekaj iteracijah odpraviti. V nalogi je prikazano, da lahko z ustreznimi postopki odvzemanja ali dodajanja materiala znatno zmanjšamo sile pri vrtenju togega telesa.

Title:Mass balancing of the rigid rotor through force measurements on bearings
Abstract:
In this thesis is discussed a problem of mass imbalance of the rigid rotor when rotating around fixed axis, due to which dynamic forces appear at the bearing points, causing vibrations and noise. Firstly, based on the known forces in the bearings, a script in Python programming language was written, which eliminates or reduces the rotor imbalance. The real measured signal had to be filtered beforehand, because of the noise present. For that the Butterworth type of filter from the SciPy library was used. Secondly, the actual rotor was balanced with the developed program. Then, an imbalance was deliberately caused with the use of additional masses and the resulting imbalance was reduced in few iterations. The thesis shows, that with appropriate process of removing or adding material, the forces in the rotation of a rigid body can be significantly reduced.
