Abstract
Dvižni stebri nam omogočajo dvigovanje in spuščanje zvonaste industrijske peči. Stebri prenašajo velike obremenitve, zato jih moramo trdnostno analizirati, da zagotovimo pravilno in varno delovanje. Za analizo smo uporabili analitične in numerične metode, katerih teoretične osnove so predstavljene v začetnih poglavjih. V prvem delu sledečega poglavja je predstavljen analitični preračun osi in pripadajočih elementov, v drugem delu pa smo varjeno konstrukcijo stebra analizirali z metodo končnih elementov. V zadnjem delu diplomske naloge so predstavljeni rezultati in zaključki. Z izvedenimi analizami smo dokazali, da so vsi obravnavani elementi ustrezni.

Title:Strength analysis of an industrial furnace lifting pillar
Abstract:
Lifting pillars allow us to lift and lower bell-type industrial furnace. Pillars are subjected to high loads and therefore it is necessary to conduct strength analysis to ensure correct and safe operation. We used both analytical and numerical methods for the analysis, the theoretical basics of which are presented in the starting chapters. In the first part of the following chapter analytical calculations used to analyse the axle and its elements are presented, and in the second part, the finite element method is used to analyse the welded construction of the pillar. In the last part of this paper results and conclusions are presented. Through these analyses, all analysed elements were proven to be adequate.
