Abstract
V okviru diplomske naloge želimo razviti aplikacijo, ki bi otroke spodbudila, da se več gibajo in manj uporabljajo mobilne telefone. Na začetku na kratko opišemo to problematiko in predstavimo našo motivacijo za njeno reševanje v diplomski nalogi. Nato predstavimo že obstoječe rešitve, ki spodbujajo fizično gibanje otrok in omejujejo njihovo pretirano uporabo pametnih telefonov. Poleg tega predstavimo tudi glavne ugotovitve pri raziskavi teh aplikacij in iger ter opišemo prednosti in slabosti, ki smo jih pri tem odkrili. V nadaljevanju opišemo način implementacije naše aplikacije in opišemo njeno delovanje ter na kratko predstavimo tehnologijo Firebase ter izpostavimo glavne podrobnosti pri sami implementaciji. Gre pravzaprav za dve ločeni aplikaciji, za otroke in za starše. Implementacija je zato razdeljena na del, ki je skupen obema aplikacijama, ter na drugi del, ki je razvit ločeno za vsako aplikacijo posebej. Podrobneje opišemo implementacijo povezave in komunikacije med obema aplikacijama, pri katerih smo uporabili Firebase. Podrobneje opišemo tudi glavne grafične uporabniške vmesnike in servise, ki skrbijo za izvajanje opravil v ozadju.

Title:A smart game for encouraging children to exercise
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we would like to develop a smart game for children to motivate them to exercise more and use mobile phones less. First, we review similar applications and games, which already exist on the market, which are used to encourage more physical activity in children and limit their usage of smart phones. We describe the advantages and disadvantages of these applications. Next, we describe the implementation and the technology that we used for the development of our application. Our implementation is divided into two parts, the first part is intended for parents, and the second for children. Each part is described in detail. We also describe in detail the implementation of the connections and communications between the two application parts. We used Firebase for both of these functionalities. We also describe the main graphical user interfaces for both applications and services which are running in the background for tasks that need to run constantly in the background.
