Abstract
V magistrskem delu, naslovljenem Usposobljenost razrednih učiteljev pri uporabi komunikacijskega modela pouka za poučevanje književnosti, je predstavljena problematika učiteljevega izvajanja ur pri književnem pouku. Učitelji naj bi za doseganje ciljev pouka književnosti sledili določenemu metodičnemu sistemu, poimenovanemu komunikacijski model pouka. Toda tako kot so si med seboj različni učenci, so razlike tudi med učitelji in njihovimi načini poučevanja. Tako se pojavlja vprašanje glede njihove usposobljenosti za poučevanje književnosti. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljena spoznanja o didaktiki književnosti, mladinski književnosti, mladinski književnosti pri pouku, komunikacijskem modelu, fazah šolske interpretacije in pomembnosti učiteljeve vloge pri kakovostnem poučevanju književnosti. V empiričnem delu so navedene ugotovitve o usposobljenosti razrednih učiteljev. Te so bile pridobljene s pomočjo spletnega vprašalnika, ki ga je rešilo 100 razrednih učiteljev. Na podlagi rezultatov vprašalnika lahko sklenemo, da so učitelji za poučevanje po komunikacijskem modelu pouka dobro usposobljeni. S pomočjo rezultatov in iz njih izhajajočih izsledkov smo oblikovali model s smernicami za uporabo komunikacijskega modela književnosti. Ta bo učiteljem v pomoč pri še kakovostnejši izvedbi književnega pouka v osnovni šoli.

Title:Elementary teacher's qualifications for using the communication model to teach literature
Abstract:
In the master’s thesis entitled Elementary teacher's qualifications for using the communication model to teach literature the problem of carrying out a teacher's lessons is presented. Teachers are supposed to follow certain methods and systems for achieving objectives, called communication model. Just as we have different pupils, not all teachers are the same, therefore the question concerning their qualifications for teaching literature arises. In the theoretical part we have presented theoretical knowledge concerning didactic literature, youth literature, youth literature in the classroom, communication model, stages of school interpretations and the importance of a teacher's role, which is crucial for teaching literature effectively. In the empirical part we have presented findings regarding the teachers' qualifications, which were obtained through online questions led by 100 primary teachers. The established current practice of teachers has shown us encouraging results regarding their qualifications for teaching literature using a communication model. Based on our findings we also created a model with guidelines for the use of the communication model of literature, which will enable the teachers to carry out their literature lessons even better.
