Abstract
V industriji pogosto potrebujemo specifično obdelavo velikih površin oziroma obdelovancev. V ta namen smo izdelali mobilno robotizirano platformo za obdelovalne agregate, s katero zagotovimo, da sta kakovost in storilnost neodvisni od upravljavca obdelovalnega agregata. Za pogon in krmiljenje mobilnega robota smo uporabili koračne motorje, ki jih krmili PLK MITSUBISHI FX1N. Ugotovili smo, da je vodenje takšnih mobilnih robotov bolj smiselno s CNC krmilnikom kot pa s PLK, saj programska oprema GX DEVELOPER, ki je namenje na programiranju PLK, ne omogoča vodenja mobilnega robota v primeru kompleksnih obdelav.

Title:Development and production of mobile platforms for machining aggregates
Abstract:
In industry we often need specific treatment of large surfaces or workpieces. Wehave developed a mobile robotic platform with machine aggregates which ensures that quality and productivity are independent of the workman. Stepping motors controlled by Mitsubishi PLC FX1N were used to drive and control mobile robot. We found that the control of such mobile robot is more appropriate with CNC controller than with a PLC. GX D EVELOPER software, which is intended to use for programming the PLC, can not control the mobile robot in the case of complex treatments
