Abstract
Na osnovi analize nadtlačnega odsesovalnega sistema proučevane mizarske delavnice smo izdelali model odsesovalnega sistema. Meritve hitrosti pretokov in statičnih podtlakov smo izvedli z Velometrom serije 6000-P s Pitotovo cevjo. Primerjali smo trenutno, naključno postavitev loput s postavitvijo, ko so vse lopute odprte oziroma zaprte. Določili smo karakteristiko odsesovalnega sistema na podtlačnem delu cevovoda in profile hitrosti pretoka zraka za izbrana merilna mesta; ti niso vedno aksialno simetrični. Za določitev povprečne hitrosti pretoka zraka se je kot najbolj primerna pokazala eno točkovna metoda. Doseženi volumski pretoki zadostujejo za 40 % do 60 % sočasne obremenitve odsesovalnega sistema. Ventilator v cevovodu ravno tako ne razvije s strani proizvajalcev strojev predpisanega statičnega podtlaka. Predlagali smo izboljšave za trenutni odsesovalni sistem, ki je nepogrešljiv za obratovanje delavnice, kot tudi svetovali primerne konfiguracije postavitve loput za učinkovito delovanje odsesovalnega sistema. Analiza lahko predstavlja tudi osnovo za pridobitev ponudb novih bolj tehnološko dovršenih in zahtevam mizarske delavnice primernih odsesovalnih sistemov.

Title:Analysis of the current industrial ventilation system for a carpentry shop
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the current industrial overpressure ventilation system the model of it was created. Flow velocities and static pressure measurements were conducted with the Velometer 6000-P series for the current, completely open and closed system configuration. The characteristic curve of the system on the vacuum duct side was determined. Duct air flow velocity profiles were shown for selected measured places; these were not always axially symmetric. The duct central point velocity method was used to calculate an average flow velocity. Volume flow accounted for a simultaneous run of 40 % to 60 %. Despite the fan not providing adequate static pressure the suction ventilation system is indispensable for workshop operation. Some improvement possibilities are given as well as instructions for daily handling of the system. The investigation can provide a solid ground for making inquiries of state of the art industrial ventilation systems that match the carpentry shop demands.
