Abstract
Raziskovali smo odpornostne lastnosti nanopremaza, ki smo ga nanesli na masivne vzorce bukve. Testirali smo po izbranih standardnih metodah. Pred testiranjem smo vzorce ustrezno površinsko obdelali. Najprej smo jim izmerili debelino filma. Pri merjenju debeline utrjenega filma smo ugotovili, da so med vzorci zelo majhne razlike v debelini. Merjenje sijaja je prav tako prineslo zelo dobre rezultate, saj so bile razlike v sijaju zelo majhne, kar pomeni enakomeren sijaj na površini vzorcev. Vsi testirani vzorci so dosegli zelo dobre vrednosti pri odpornosti proti udarcem pri obeh standardnih višinah(10 mm in 25 mm). Pri odpornosti površine proti razenju smo dobili precej podobne rezultate na vseh testiranih vzorcih. Sila, pri kateri se je pojavil vtis v širini več kot 0,5 mm, je bila 13 N, kar je precej dobro. Nekoliko slabši rezultat od pričakovanega smo zabeležili pri merjenju odpornosti površine proti mikrorazenju. Sila, pri kateri se je pojavila sklenjena raza v več kot 90 %, je bila le 2 N. Pri merjenju oprijemnosti premaza na podlago smo ugotovili, da je oprijemnost dobra. Dobljeni rezultati pri merjenju odpornosti proti hladnim tekočinam so pokazali, da je lak dobro odporen proti vsem testiranim tekočinam, malo manj pa proti alkoholu. Pri merjenju trdote smo dobili precej zanimive rezultate. Merili smo trdoto na podlagi brez premaza in skupaj s premazom. Zanimivo je, da je trdota površine zaradi premazovanja nekoliko nižja. V povprečju je to za okrog 2 N/mm2. Primerjava (nanolak/običajni lak) je pokazala, da nanolak ustreza zahtevam. Pri večini testov - oprijem premaza na podlago, odpornost proti udarcem, razenju in obrabi ter odpornost proti toploti in različnim tekočinam - se je nanolak odrezal boljše od običajnega laka, le pri odpornosti proti hladnim tekočinam smo dobili pri odpornosti proti alkoholu slabšo oceno, vendar kljub temu še zadovoljivo glede na zahteve v standardu.

Title:Resistance properties of the nano particle containing parquet coating
Abstract:
We studied the resistance properties of the nanocoating, applied on solid beech wood samples. Standard testing methods were selected. Prior to testing, the samples were properly surface finished with a coating. At first, we measured the thickness of the film. We found out that the differences in thickness were very small. Measuring gloss also yielded very good results, because the differences were again very small, indicating a uniform gloss on the surface of samples. All tested specimens exhibited very good values for resistance to impact at both standard heights (10 mm and 25 mm). Surface resistance to scratching gave very similar results at all tested samples. The force at which the impression of the width larger than 0.5 mm appeared was 13 N, which was quite good. A slightly worse result than expected was recorded by the measurement of surface resistance against micro scratching. The force, at which the scratch was continuous in more than 90 %, was only 2 N. When measuring coating adhesion to the substrate, we found out that adhesion was good. The results obtained at the measurement of resistance to cold liquids showed that the paint was well resistant to all tested liquids, but a bit less to alcohol. The hardness measurements exhibited quite interesting results. We measured the hardness of uncoated substrates as well as of the finished ones. Interestingly, the surface hardness of the coated specimens was slightly lower. On the average, this was around 2 N/mm2. A comparison (nanocoating vs. conventional finish) showed that the nanocoating met the requirements. At majority of tests - adhesion of a coating to a substrate, resistance against impact, scratching and abrasion and against heat and various liquids - the nanocoating performed better than the conventional paint. As regard the resistance against cold liquids only the resistance against alcohol was worse, but still satisfactory according to the standard requirements.
