Abstract
V našem življenju ima kuhinja čedalje večjo vlogo. Proučevali smo odločilne dejavnike v procesu nakupa kuhinjskega pohištva. S pomočjo anket ter 2 statističnih metod, conjoint analize in enostavne statistične metode (opisne statistike) smo ugotovili, da ti dve tehniki analize anket dasta različne rezultate. Tako smo s conjoint analizo ugotovili, da je za anketirance najpomembnejši dejavnik dizajn, na drugem mestu je proizvajalec in na zadnjem cena. Po enostavni statistični metodi pa je cena najpomembnejši dejavnik, sledi mu dizajn in na zadnjem mestu proizvajalec. Ko smo med dejavnike, ki odločajo o nakupu kuhinjskega pohištva, vključili še funkcionalnost in kakovost kuhinje, pa se je tehtnica prevesila v njun prid, saj so anketiranci dali prednost tema dvema dejavnikoma. To kaže, da imata funkcionalnost in kakovost v svetu pohištva, in tudi pri odločanju o nakupu kuhinje, še vedno pomembno vlogo. Kupci se za menjavo kuhinje odločijo zelo poredko, povprečno šele po 20 letih. Razlog za menjavo pa je predvsem dotrajanost njihove obstoječe kuhinje.

Title:Evaluation of kitchen factors in the process of making the purchase using the conjoint analysis
Abstract:
In our everyday life the kitchen plays more and more important role. Using 2 statistical methods, conjoint analysis and a descriptive statistics we researched the most decisive factors influencing the process of purchasing the kitchen. Processing the data obtained by surveys (questionnaires) we discovered that the results regarding the statistical methods varied. By conjoint analysis we came to the conclusion that the most important factor was design, followed by manufacturer and price. Through the descriptive statistics we found out that the main factor was price, followed by design and manufacturer. Researching also the functionality and quality of the kitchen, we established that it was exactly those 2 factors that proved to be most important. This shows that functionality and quality still maintain a very important role. Buyers very seldom decide to change their kitchen, on average every 20 years. The main reason to buy a new one is because old kitchen components are already worn out.
