Primerjava podvozij vozil različnih cenovnih razredov

Abstract
V nalogi smo predstavili različne oblike podvozja, prednosti in slabosti posameznih obravnavanih oblik in predstavili kako oblika ter geometrija podvozja vplivata na vozne karakteristike vozila. Osredotočili smo se na osebna vozila nižjega, srednjega in višjega cenovnega razreda ter dirkalno vozilo. Primerjali smo naslednja vozila: Renault Clio (nižji cenovni razred), Volkswagen Golf (srednji cenovni razred), BMW serija 3 (srednje-višji cenovni razred), AUDI A6 quattro (višji cenovni razred) in Formula Svarog, ki jo je izdelala ekipa študentov pod imenom Superior Engineering. Naštetim vozilom smo določali center prečnega nagiba in težišče. Ugotovili smo, da ima Formula Svarog najboljše podvozje in najkrajšo ročico momenta prečnega nagiba izmed vseh analiziranih vozil. Med osebnimi vozili ima na sprednji premi najboljše obešenje Audi A6, na zadnji premi pa BMW serije 3. Najpreprostejše obešenje smo opazili pri Renault Clio. Najkrajšo ročico momenta prečnega nagiba ima Clio, najdaljšo pa smo izmerili pri BMW serije 3.

Title:Suspension geometry comparison between different price range vehicles
Abstract:
In final thesis we presented different types od suspensions among passenger cars and racing vehicles. We explained advantages and disadvantages between different types of suspensions and also showed how geometry of suspension effect handling. We compared Renault Clio (low price range), Volkswagen Golf (mid price range), BMW 3-series (mid to high price range), Audi A6 quattro (high price range) and Formula Svarog, which was built by a team of students under the name Superior Engineering. We determined roll centre and center of gravity to all above listed vehicles. We came to conclusion that Formula Svarog has the best suspension geometry and shortest roll torque lever among all analized vehicles. The best suspension on front axle among passenger cars is found on Audi A6. On the rear the best suspension is found on BMW 3-series. The cheapest and simplest suspension on both axles is found on Renault Clio. Among passenger cars Clio has the shortest roll moment lever and the longest roll moment lever is found on BMW 3-series.
