Today there are a lot of programs for project management. Although the purpose of most programs is to simplify project planning and monitoring, they differ from one another. Some better solutions are quite expensive and they seems as high risk investment. Every employee needs to adapt to new program even though if there come better tools on the market. Differences in recording the progress of projects lead to inconsistencies and misunderstandings between employees. That is why we decided to implement our own application that will be better suited for our own needs. It will take into account the wishes of all employees to ensure that the project planning is the same for everyone, so that everyone can follow their progress. The application will run on the server so managers can plan projects outside the company premises and allow other employees to report work from the field.
