Innovation in the field of sport tool production are essential for preservation of traditional sports equipment. The goal of this assignment was to innovate, construct, make, and apply the new form of Indian gada in the modern sports world. The Indian gada is a tool with an old tradition in wrestling in India. The tool is composed of 4 components; the pommel, the handle and the head of the tool, and a modified standard nut. We calculated the loads on the tool. We tested the tool's reaction to the centrifugal force, the force of acceleration, and bending. To make the tool, we used some of the main basic machine processing techniques , like turning, grinding, sawing and welding. The final surface finish was done with chrome plating. The tool was not damaged during the (theoretical and practical) test., It was designed and dimensioned in such way that it was used by athletes of all sizes and in all difficulty levels. In the end, we reached our goal, as we made a sport tool from its concept to the product, which was applied in the sports environment and which improved the rotatory strenght and athleticism in pulsing in athletes. Furthermore, it increased mobility in the scapulae and shoulders, and it corrected breathing which helps support the spine when lifting heavy loads as well. We also assumed the conditions and environment of use, and suggested improvements for future iterations of the product.
