This diploma paper presents the earth house with its ceramic findings from the archaeological site Na Plesi. The geographical outline of the area is followed by a summary of the history of research in the Early Middle Ages in the region Prekmurje. As part of the presentation of the archaeological image of the archaeological site Na Plesi, various periods, a cemetery, a settlement, and findings from the earth house are included. The emphasis is on the presentation of the settlement Na Plesi and the earth house, within which a selection of hitherto unpublished ceramic material from the residential building SE 176/177, obtained by excavations in the years 2013, 2014, and 2016, is presented. This material helped to determine a narrower dating of the use of the earth house, covering the period from the second half of the 10th century until the 12th century.
