In the master's thesis we focused on the development of decision model, which in practice helps us to decide which type of production is recommended to choose, based on particular input data. First part of theoretical master’s thesis describes the aspect of agile and lean production with similarities and differences between both methodologies, while the second part of the theory shows the manual and automated type of production in company. In practical part is shown development of decision model for introduction of a certain type of production into the company. For better understanding is at the end shown also practical example of using of decision model.
