Abstract
Ovrednotili smo uporabljene preoblikovalne postopke luknjanja, rezanja in globokega vleka. Prikazani so dobljeni rezultati in ugotovljena hitrejša in stabilnejša proizvodnja.

Title:Redesign of the technology for manufacturing the ring for the fuse link
Abstract:
A ring, which is the component part of a fuse, is serially manufactured in production with mechanical presses. Currently, an outdated and slow tool is used and it causes many stops in production. A new, faster and more reliable tool for sheet metal forming in serial production is introduced in the thesis. It contains the evaluation of processes such as punching holes, cutting and deep drawing and it introduces a tool designed with the modeling program that works according to the new principle of operations. The thesis presents the product and a typical production line for sheet metal forming processes and describes the construction of and the differences between the old and the new tool in detail. The thesis includes the tool's first test and a test series on eccentric mechanical press and the comparison of cycles of the old and the new tools. The obtained results are presented and a faster and more stable production is confirmed.
