Abstract

Title:ANALYSIS OF MOBILITY IN THE LABOR MARKET
Abstract:
The diploma thesis analyzes how often we are willing to change jobs in our active professional life, what is important to us when doing so, and what keeps us from changing jobs despite dissatisfaction. The field of mobility in the labor market was researched, as well as what opportunities we are offered and whether we are willing to take risks because of them. The state of mobility in the labor market has been researched both in Slovenia and in the European Union in general. The research has been conducted with the help of a survey which found that younger workers are not necessary the only people willing to change jobs as older people also allow that possibility, that stability and security of employment retain employees as much as pay, and that a contract of indefinite duration is not the main reason workers do not change jobs where they are dissatisfied.
