The purpose and objectives of this master's thesis are set out to explore the phenomena of the city of Pula and the issues and critical points that the city of Pula should consider. An important point was played by the phenomenon of Tapija as a term that originated in the area and represents the local-social and cultural context of the city. In the framework of this research, it was hypothesized that it is a well-founded knowledge that the locals of Pula do not have a clear idea about the city, and with that kind of their basic norms and value, a clear identification with the identity of the city is lost. The work aims to raise the awareness of the community and increase their sensitivity to the problems that arise in the city to establish identification with the place in which they live and live.
