Postopek ureditve meje je kompleksen institut. Glavni cilj magistrskega dela je tematiko razdelati tako, da bo bralec lahko pregledno razločeval med različnimi postopki, ki se pojavljajo v zvezi z ureditvijo meje, v katerih lastniki urejajo meje svojih zemljišč, in približati kompleksnost zakonske ureditve te tematike. Tematika je teoretično razdelana, obsega materialne in postopkovne določbe, predstavljena pa je tudi sodna praksa, ki sama sebi občasno nasprotuje, včasih pa nasprotuje tudi teoriji. Glavni fokus magistrskega dela je na sodnem postopku, kjer se odpira večje število pravnih vprašanj in ureditev meje v upravnem postopku, krajše pa so predstavljeni drugi upravni postopki, v katerih se meja ne ureja, temveč spreminja, ter zemljiški kataster.

• Title: Regulation of boundary lines

Abstract

Procedure of regulation of boundary lines is a complex institute. The main goal of this master's disseration is to elaborate in a way that the reader can differentiate between different procedures that occur in relevance with the regulation of boundary lines in which owners regulate boundary lines of their land and to draw the reader nearer to the complexity of the legal regulation of this subject. The subject is theoretically elaborated as it contains material and procedural stipulations and in addition judicial practice will be presented, which occasionally contains contradictory views to itself and legal theory. The main focus of this master's disseration is on the legal procedure, which opens up a number of questions and on the administrative procedure of regulation of boundary lines, and in brief other administrative procedures in which the boundary lines are not regulated but transformed and the land register.
