The company had to build an industrial wastewater treatment plant to ensure that the treated water met the criteria for discharge into the sewerage system
The most important parameter the system has to provide is the pH of the solution. In addition to the pH value, it is necessary to measure the volume and flow of the solution through the tank, for which I used an ultrasonic sensor. The main criteria for the selection of the components were reliability and price. We implemented remote control and management using the Blynk platform. \\
During the trial period it was shown that the treatment plant provides sufficient clean treated water. However, to further improve the reliability of the system, the flow pump type must be replaced.
