Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti in preučiti možnosti za uporabo tehnologije veriženja blokov na področju zdravstva. Z izborom teme sem želel pokazati, da gre za širše uporabno tehnologijo, ki jo je med drugim mogoče koristno uporabiti tudi v zdravstvu. Diplomsko delo opozori na težave v zdravstvu in predstavi, na kakšen način bi jih veriga blokov lahko reševala. V okviru dela je bil pripravljen teoretičen primer uporabe verige blokov v zdravstvu in programski prototip namenjen sklepanju zdravstvenega zavarovanja z uporabo pametne pogodbe, ki je bil napisan v programskem jeziku Solidity.

Title:Blockchain technology in healthcare
Abstract:
The purpose of the thesis is to present and explore the possibilites of using blockchain technology in healthcare. By choosing this topic, I wanted to show that the blockchain is a broader technology that can be used, among other things, in healthcare. The graduation thesis highlights the problems in healthcare and presents how the blockchain could handle them. As part of the work, a theoretical example of the use of the blockchain in healthcare was prepared alongside a software prototype, designed to take out health insurance using a smart contract written in the Solidity programming language.
