Abstract
Motiviranje v javni upravi je še posebej velik izziv zaradi omejenih finančnih virov in zaradi težko dokazane uspešnosti, zato je cilj magistrskega dela povezan z zaposlenimi, njihovim motiviranjem in zadovoljstvom na delovnem mestu. V prvem delu smo predstavili zaposlene, ki so nepogrešljiv del vsake organizacije, opisali teorije za ravnanje z zaposlenimi in vlogo ravnanja z zaposlenimi pri odzivanju na konkurenčne izzive. Zaposleni morajo biti pri delu ustrezno motivirani. Pomembno je izbrati pravo motivacijo za pravega zaposlenega ob pravem času, zato smo predstavili namen motivacije, poimenovali motivacije, opisali motivacijski proces ter različne vrste motivacij in motivacijskih teorij. Zaposleni so pri svojem delu in na svojem delovnem mestu lahko uspešni in učinkoviti, če so zadovoljni in pravilno motivirani, zato smo se na koncu empiričnega dela osredotočili na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih na delovnem mestu. V drugem delu smo z anonimno anketo predstavili rezultate raziskave motiviranosti zaposlenih na Ministrstvu za finance. Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti dejavnike spodbude in zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu, izmeriti splošno zadovoljstvo po Brayfield-Rotovi lestvici ter raziskati, kateri je najpogostejši razlog za zamenjavo službe. Rezultati analize so pokazali trenutno stanje na Ministrstvu za finance. Preverili smo postavljene hipoteze ter raziskali motivacijske dejavnike in zadovoljstvo na delovnem mestu, rezultate pa smo primerjali z mednarodnimi ugotovitvami. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da ima motivacija na Ministrstvu za finance večji neposredni vpliv na zadovoljstvo pri delu kot motivacija v javni upravi v sosednji Italiji.

Title:RESEARCH OF MOTIVATION AND SATISFACTION AT WORK IN MINISTRY OF FINANCE
Abstract:
Motivation in public administration is particularly challenging because of limited financial resources and difficult-to-prove performance, and because of heavily proven successfulness, therefore intention of a master's thesis is connected with employees, their motivating and satisfaction on position. We introduced human sources, that are indispensable part of every organization, theories for management of human sources and role of management of human sources at reacting on competitive challenges, in first part. The human sources must be motivated suitably at work. It is important for the right employee to choose right motivation on right time, on right time, therefore introduced intention of motivation, definition of concept Motivation, is description of the motivational process and different kinds of motivations and motivational theories. Employees can be successful and efficient at their work and on their position, if they are satisfied and motivated correctly, therefore satisfaction of employees is introduced at the end of empirical part on position. We introduced results of research of motivation of employees on the Ministry of Finance in other part, with the help of anonymous survey. Goal of research was to find out factors of the stimulation on position, satisfaction on position, measuring of general satisfaction for Brayfield-Rot's charts and to find out, which first would guide behind the replacement of job. Results of an analysis showed the examination of current condition on the Ministry of Finance. We checked located hypotheses and found out motivational factors, compared satisfaction on position and results with international findings. Results of research indicated, that motivation on the Ministry of Finance had profounder direct influence per satisfaction at work, as motivation in general government in a neighbouring country Italy.
