Abstract
Potencialno najbolj škodljive delovne operacije so zasek, podžagovanje in obdelava korenovca.

Title:Tree feller workplace analysis with OWAS observational method
Abstract:
The tree feller's work is difficult and harmful due to the exposure to noise, vibrations and exhaust fumes. It is also harmful due to unergonomic working postures. For the purpose of working posture analysis there was a research carried out in Postojna forest management area with the use of observational method OWAS (Ovako Working Posture Analysis System). Felling and processing of four coniferous trees was recorded with a camera and the tree feller's heart rate was measured simultaneously. The results revealed that the amount of body postures that require immediate action is less than expected. Nevertheless it is necessary to act as soon as possible at 8 % and immediately at 16 % of working postures. Potentially the most harmful work operations are notch-cutting, back-cutting and butt trimming. Workload estimated via the heart rate correlates with the share of working postures, which require corrective action. Results of the study show urgency of using the correct working techniques and reasonableness of introducing modern logging technologies.
