Communication between mentors who register their students for the competitions and competition managers who announce competitions takes place via e-mail. Since communication via e-mail represents a lack of transparency for mentors and competition managers and to whom the method of communication represents additional work, we created an information system that will solve problems on both sides. The system allows the mentor to review the competitions that have been announced and register to the competition from the schools they teach on. It allows the competition manager to enter schools and competitions, keep records of registered mentors for individual competition and manage mentors.
