Abstract
Rotacijski aktuator je naprava za ustvarjanje rotacijskega gibanja z določeno hitrostjo zasuka in navorom. V sklopu magistrskega dela smo poiskali ustrezno rešitev simulacije bremena za namen preskušanja navornih lastnosti rotacijskega aktuatorja. Izbrano zavoro smo v različnih okoljih preskušali in potrdili ustreznost njene uporabe. Zlasti smo se osredotočili na preskušanje pri ekstremnih temperaturah. Seznanili smo se tudi z možnimi izboljšavami z namenom doseganja še boljših rezultatov. Spremembe, ki smo jih napravili na zavorah, so se izkazale za ustrezne, saj smo zlasti pri nizki temperaturi dosegli boljše navorne karakteristike.

Title:Selection and experimental analysis of brake for load simulation at rotary actuator testing
Abstract:
Rotary actuator is a device which enables generating rotary motion at certain velocity and torque. In this master’s thesis we found a solution for simulating torsion load for rotary actuator testing. We tested chosen brake in different environments and confirmed its suitability. We particularly focused on testing at extreme temperatures. We also analysed potential improvements in order to achieve even better results. The changes we made resulted in better torque characteristics, especially at low temperature.
