Abstract
Kakovostna merjenja pretokov tehničnih in medicinskih plinov so pomembna za številna področja znanosti in tehnologije. V delu se ukvarjamo z gravimetričnem principom merjenja pretoka plinov in snovanjem merilnika. Tekom dela prikažemo snovanje CAD geometrije, izbiro komercialno dobavljivih in razvoj ter izdelavo lastnih mehanskih komponent merilnika. V drugem delu razvijemo nadzorni program merilnika v programskem okolju Labview. Prikazane so primerjalne meritve z obstoječim merilnim sistemom s kritičnimi tokovnimi šobami v območju pretokov od 10 do 400 mg/s.

Title:Development of gravimetric gas flow measuring system
Abstract:
Quality gas flow measurements of technical and medical gases are very important in numerous fields within science and technology. In thesis we are dealing with gravimetric gas flow principle and developing of a measurement system. Making of a CAD model and developing of in house made or commercially available components is presented. In second part control software was developed using Labview. The comparison measurements with current measuring standard with critical flow nozzles were made in flow range between 10 and 400 mg/s.
