Abstract
V svetu, kjer je konkurenca vedno večja, mora biti cilj vsakega razvoja izdelka razviti kakovosten izdelek. Da kakovost lahko povečamo, moramo natančno poznati obratovalno okolje in razmere, v katerih izdelek deluje med svojim življenjskim ciklusom. To je bil povod za izdelavo preizkuševališča za sklopke in gonila. Glede na obstoječe raziskave s tega področja smo v našem delu razvili vztrajnik, ki na takem preizkuševališču predstavlja spremenljivo vztrajnostno maso. Skozi konstrukcijski proces smo določili vse potrebne komponente vztrajnika in izvedli simulacijo delovanja. Na koncu smo vse komponente trdnostno analizirali.

Title:Development of a flywheel for a clutch and gearbox test rig
Abstract:
In an increasingly competitive world, the goal of every product development should be to develop a quality product. In order to increase quality, we need to precisely know the operating environment and the conditions in which a product operates during its life cycle. This was the reason for the construction of the clutch and gearbox test rig. Based on the existing research in this field, we have developed a flywheel during our work, which represents a variable inertia weight on such a test rig. Through the construction process we determined all the necessary components of the flywheel and performed a work simulation. Finally, all the components were analysed.
