Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem se ukvarjal s strukturno karakterizacijo dveh neznanih prepovedanih substanc. Posneti so bili 1H, 13C, 19F, 1H–1H COSY, 1H–13C HSQC, 1H–13C HMBC in 1H–15N HMBC NMR spektri. Na podlagi spektrov sta bila identificirana dva derivata indazola: metil 2-{[1-(5-fluoropentil)-1H-indazol-3-il]formamido}-3,3-dimetilbutanoat (5F-MDMB-PINACA) in metil 3,3-dimetil-2-{[1-(pent-4-en-1-il)-1H-indazol-3-il]formamido}butanoat (MDMB-4en-PINACA). Spektri za tako določeni strukturi so bili poiskani v literaturi in se ujemajo z eksperimentalnimi. Ključne besede: 5F-MDMB-PINACA, MDMB-4en-PINACA, NMR, karakterizacija

Title:Structural characterization of selected indazole derivatives in illicit substances by nuclear magnetic resonance
Abstract:
In this thesis structural characterization of two unknown illicit substances was done. 1H, 13C, 19F, 1H–1H COSY, 1H–13C HSQC, 1H–13C HMBC and 1H–15N HMBC NMR spectra were recorded. Based on the spectra, two indazole derivatives were identified: methyl 2-{[1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indazol-3-yl]formamido}-3,3-dimethylbutanoate (5F-MDMB-PINACA) and methyl 3,3‐dimethyl‐2‐{[1‐(pent‐4‐en‐1‐yl)‐1H‐indazol‐3‐yl]formamido}butanoate (MDMB-4en-PINACA).
