The thesis discusses measuring the speed of loading data into the internal and external flash memory of microcontrollers and SoC devices via UMI monitors. A UMI monitor is a program that is loaded into the device's internal static memory and manages the basic operations of flash memories, such as writing, reading, etc. The measurements are intended for reviewing the impact of the UMI monitor's parameters on the data recording time. Based on the measurements, a program has been developed that can determine the optimal settings for an individual UMI monitor program.
