Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek izbire obdelovalnih parametrov in najustreznejšega orodja za obdelavo cevk iz Inconela 601, ki so sestavni del sodobnih grelnih svečk za dizelske agregate. Podan je teoretični pregled s področja odrezavanja. Opisan je postopek določitve najustreznejšega orodja ter obdelovalnih parametrov. Z eksperimenti je bilo ugotovljeno, da so za obdelavo cevk iz Inconela 601 orodja iz karbidne trdine ustreznejša kot orodja iz hitroreznega jekla. Predstavljen je postopek meritve obrabe orodij, klasifikacije odrezkov, meritve sil in kontrole dimenzijskih odstopkov, ter kakovosti površine obdelanih cevk. Z vidika produktivnosti ter stroškov orodij, je narejena tudi ekonomska analiza. V zaključkih so predstavljene sklepne ugotovitve ter podani predlogi za nadaljnje delo.

Title:Optimisation of the drilling process of the nickel alloy tubes - Inconel 601
Abstract:
The thesis presents the process of selecting the machining parameters and the most suitable tool for machining tubes from Inconel 601, which are an integral part of modern heating plugs for diesel engines. A theoretical review of the literature from the machining field is given. The procedure for determining the most suitable tool and machining parameters is described. With the experiments it has been shown that carbide tools are more suitable for machining tubes from Inconel 601 than high-speed steel tools. The process of the tool wear measuring, classification of the chips, force measurement and dimensional control as well as surface quality of the machined tubes are presented. In the term of productivity and cost of tools, an economic analysis is also made. Findings of our experiments and our suggestions for further work are presented in our conclusion herein.
