In the process of making the stator package, errors and deviations in tolerances on the finished product occur due to irregularities in the manufacturing of some of the semi-finished products. For the final control of the product, a device has been developed and manufactured which, by using machine vision, enables the quality assurance of the product by controlling its various characteristics in real time. Within the scope of the thesis, the concepts of optical control are designed to enable dimensional measurements and error control on the final product. The designed concepts have been tested in laboratory conditions using the experimental method and their operation has been confirmed. According to the approved concepts, customer requirements and calculated optical parameters, the appropriate optical equipment is selected. In the software environment, the optical equipment is positioned on measuring points and suitable mounting elements are made for the possibility of its installation in the device. The selected optical equipment, together with the corresponding mounting elements, is integrated into the final control device. Based on ideal conditions, a cost analysis is made for the device, on the basis of which we have found that the investment cost will be recovered within three years.
