Introduction: Female genital organs are divided into external and internal. Hemorrhage from the female reproductive organs can be a very dangerous condition for the patient because a state of shock can emerge which could result in death in the worst-case scenario. In most cases, the measures of first aid are the use of accessories that are available and improvisation. Purpose: To present the measures of laymen in the case of a suspicion of hemorrhage from the female reproductive organs. Methods of work: We used the descriptive method of the research with a review of the literature. The literature we used was published between the years 2009 and 2019. In searching the literature, we used PubMed, CINAHL and Medline databases, as well as Google Scholar, DiKUL, and Mrežnik portal of information sources search engines. Slovenian and English professional and scientific articles were used. They are available in full text and reviewed. Results: First aid was the one that ensured the highest level of survival because of rapid action. It is selfless help to a human in need. It is important that the performer approaches to the injured/deseased safely because, thus, he protects himself and is capable of helping. Hemorrhagic shock is a severe condition that can result in death. Discussion: Rapid action is very important. First aid and transportation to the medical institution represent important parts. Educating laymen in this field would be useful for better measures in the case of accidents. Any help is more useful than no help at all. Conclusion: Taking measures by a layman must be quick in the case of hemorrhaging from female reproductive organs because he can do a lot of good by taking these measures before the arrival of the team of emergency medical assistance.
