Abstract
Na zaključku izdelovalne linije komutatorskih motorjev je potrebno preveriti, če motor ustreza predpisanim karakteristikam in ga označiti z osnovnimi podatki (model, priključna napetost, serijska številka, …). V proizvodnji se s tem namenom uporabljajo merilno-označevalne naprave, ki se s časom izrabijo, zato jih je treba zamenjati. Moja naloga je bila analiza merilno-označevalne naprave. Lotil sem se je tako, da sem preučil merilnike, s katerimi se izvajajo meritve, preveril ponovljivost meritev in skušal določiti motnje, ki povzročajo morebitne neponovljive meritve.

Title:Analysis of the measuring and marking device for commutator motors
Abstract:
The commutator motors are tested at the end of the production line. They have to meet the required performance and obtain a label with basic data (model, connection voltage, serial number, etc.). For this purpose, a measuring and marking device is being used in the production, but they wear out over time and have to be replaced. The replacement of the measuring and marking device is the reason for my analysis. I analysed the specific meters on which the measurements are performed, tested the reproducibility of the measurements and attempted to determine interruptions that cause any possible non-repeatable measurements.
