Abstract
V magistrskem delu formalno definiramo problem razporejanja prilagodljivih ponudb električne energije. To so ponudbe proizvajalcev ali porabnikov električne energije, ki jih lahko distributer električnega omrežja prilagaja svojim potrebam. V delu naredimo model problema razporejanja v obliki mešanega celoštevilskega linearnega programa. Model implementiramo z uporabo Googlove knjižnice OR-Tools za matematično optimizacijo. Tako dobljeno programsko rešitev nato z uporabo obstoječih reševalnikov eksperimentalno ovrednotimo na iz prakse izhajajočih namišljenih scenarijih.

Title:Scheduling flexible energy offers using mixed-integer linear programming
Abstract:
In this master thesis we formaly define the problem of scheduling flexible energy offers. Flexible energy offers are offers from producers and consumers of elecrical energy to be scheduled by the Distribution System Operator. In the thesis we make a model of the scheduling problem in the form of mixed integer linear program. We implement the model using the Google Library OR-Tools for mathematical optimization. We experimentally evaluate this solution on simulated industry scenarios with the use of existing mixed integer linear program solvers.
