Abstract
Delo v neprimernih pogojih lahko privede do stresa, utrujenosti in kostno-mišičnih obolenj, čemur sledijo negativne posledice in nepotrebni stroški s strani organizacije.

Title:SAFETY AND HEALTHCARE IN THE ADRIATIC SLOVENICA INSURANCE COMPANY CALL CENTER
Abstract:
Safety and health at work are important in every organization. Working area, where workers do their job, and their working places have to be organized by standards, which are defined by laws for the area of safety and health. Employers with appropriate organizations have to take care of the appropriate arrangement of working areas and education of the employees about the importance of health and safety at work. The mentioned topic has more and more emphasis in the companies and organizations because it is of key importance for them to have healthy employees. Healthy workers mean regular work and less absenteeism, which is nowadays quite a problem. It also means that the workers are healthy, which influences their entire well-being and we can expect that their work would be more productive and more efficient. If the workers are more productive at their work, it positively influences successfulness of their organization. Unproductive employees (or their absenteeism for medical reasons) have negative influence to successfulness of the organization. Inappropriately arranged working areas are mostly the cause of health issues and bad conditions of the employees. Working in inappropriate conditions can lead to stress, exhaustion, and skeleton-muscle illnesses, which can have negative consequences and unneeded costs for the organization. The research has been done with a questionnaire in the local branch of the insurance company Adriatic Slovenica. We have found out that the employees have appropriately arranged area of safety and health at work. The organization can provide improvements; however, the main conditions for healthy and safe work have been assured.
