The thesis addresses how to make an algorithm and communication electric circuit of smart coffee machine. The concept of smart coffee machine is supposed to work in such a way that users log into the web application, where they can choose time, when they would like coffee to be cooked and the type of coffee that suits them best. After choosing the term and type of coffee, users work is done, unless the coffee machine is not able to store a large number of coffee capsules, then the capsule should be added or replaced before or after a cup of coffee.
The process of making a smart coffee machine was done by first setting up a web application where the user would manage the cafe machine. The next one was creating a database where the user information is stored. In the following step, a circuit with a microcontroller that receives data from a web application, processes the date, and responds accordingly to this data, was designed and developed. Finally, a program that sends an impulse to a key built in the coffee machine at a certain time, which starts the process of preparing the coffee, was written.
