Abstract
Usklajevanje poklicnega in družinskega življenja zahteva ob današnjem hitrem tempu veliko prilagodljivosti, kar pa seveda, zaradi vseh posrednih dejavnikov, vedno ni mogoče, in ravno zaradi tega so organizacije, v želji po čim uspešnejšem poslovanju, pristopile k projektu Družini prijazno podjetje (DPP) ter pričele s postopki pridobitve certifikata Družini prijaznega podjetja (CDPP). Namen diplomskega dela je bil izvesti raziskavo in preučiti področje usklajevanja družinskega in poklicnega življenja na Univerzitetni kliniki za pljučne bolezni in alergijo Golnik po uvedbi družini prijaznih ukrepov na podlagi pridobitve certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje. Rezultati raziskave, ki je bila izvedena z metodo anketiranja, kažejo, da sodelujoči ne prepoznajo pozitivnih posledic družini prijaznih ukrepov izbrane organizacije, na kar je lahko vplivala tudi njihova nizka udeležba. Večina sodelujočih se s trditvijo, da ukrepi (DPP) zmanjšujejo motnje delovnega procesa, ki nastanejo kot posledica usklajevanja družinskega in poklicnega življenja, ne strinja. Rezultati tudi kažejo, da sodelujoči ne prepoznajo, da bi ukrepi DPP prispevali k izboljšanju organizacije in učinkovitosti dela. Večina jih meni, da ukrepi (DPP) ne vplivajo na kakovost opravljanja njihovega dela. Organizaciji se predlaga, da nadgradi in izboljša postavljeno strategijo sprejetih ukrepov. Tako bo družbeno bolj odgovorna ter si tudi povečala ugled. Priporoča se, da organizacija večkrat izvede raziskavo med zaposlenimi ter na podlagi mnenj in predlogov preveri učinke vpeljave certifikata Družini prijazno podjetje.

Title:
EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION ANALYSIS BY INTRODUCING FAMILY-FRIENDLY MEASURES IN SELECTED ORGANIZATION
Abstract:
The coordination between work and family in the present fast paced life requires high flexibility and commitment which is often challenged by various indirect factors. This is why several organizations, in their strive to become more successful, have joined the Family Friendly Enterprise (FFE) project and started the procedures to obtain the Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate (FFEC). The purpose of the present thesis was to conduct a research and study the area of the coordination between private and professional life at the University Clinic of Respiratory and Allergic Diseases Golnik after introducing the family-friendly measures based on the obtained Family-Friendly Enterprise Certificate. The results of the research conducted with the survey method show that the participants involved do not recognise the positive effects of the family-friendly actions of the selected organisation, which may have been influenced by a low number of the participants involved in the research. Most of the participants disagree that the FFE measures reduce disruptions of work processes arising as the consequence of the coordination between private and professional life. The results also reveal that participants do not notice that FFE measures have contributed to improve organization or work efficiency. Most of them also believe that FFE measures has no impact on the quality of their work. The organization is advised to upgrade and redefine the set strategy of the measures taken. This will increase its social responsibility and improve its reputation. Further recommendations are to carry out surveys among employees several times and to track the effects of the Family Friendly Enterprise Certificate measures on the basis of their opinions and suggestions.
