Upravljanje portfelja projektov v proizvodnem podjetju

Magistrsko delo je nastalo na podlagi analize portfelja projektov v realnem industrijskem okolju. Glavni cilj analize je bil, da se ugotovi ali je portfelj projektov mogoče urediti tako, da ima podjetje potrebne podatke za načrtovanje in spremljanje vseh projektov naročil hkrati tako, da lahko zadovoljimo potrebe in zahteve kupcev glede na dogovorjene pogodbene roke. Dobro vodenje projektov in portfelja projektov lahko vodi do odličnih poslovnih rezultatov in s tem do napredka celotnega podjetja. V nalogi je predstavljen predlog načrtovanja in vodenja posameznega projekta in postopek oblikovanja portfelja projektov, ki omogoča pregled nad vsemi aktivnostmi projektov, ki se sočasno izvajajo v podjetju in uporabljajo skupne vire. Predlagani postopek je bil preizkušen na realnem primeru proizvodnega programa.

Abstract

The master's thesis is based on the analysis of portfolio of the projects in realistic industrial environment. The main note of the analysis is to establish whether the portfolio of the projects can be managed to assure the company with necessary data for planning and monitoring all project orders to satisfy the customer’s needs and requirements within the agreed deadlines. A good management of the projects and portfolio of the projects can lead to excellent business results and to company’s progress respectively. The thesis presents the suggestion of planning and managing a specific project and the process of designing a portfolio of the projects which enables the overview of all projects’ activities performed in the company and share resources. The suggested process has been tested on realistic example of the manufacturing program.
