The purpose of this study was to present the use of kettlebell as a suitable equipment in volleyball training. In the introductory chapter, we introduced the fitness skills that are key point indicators for playing volleyball, focusing specifically on power. The core of the task is a list of exercises with a kettlebell, arranged according to the topological criterion, depending on the impact of the exercise on individual parts of the body. We have expertly described each exercise, both the starting position and the course of the movement, and pictured it with original photos. We have shown examples of three training units with a kettlebell for athletes in adults category. In these, kettlebell was used to develop strength endurance, power, coordination, agility and balance. Kettlebell is useful in developing more fitness criterias, as it is effective and safe to use. The study will therefore be able to assist all coaches who wish to use the kettlebell in their training units, as well as to all those interested in the selection of suitable strength exercises with this tool.
