Abstract
V pedagoških poklicih se pogosto poudarja pomembnost izobrazbe in morebitnih dodatnih seminarjev. Namen je opremiti učitelje in druge zaposlene v pedagoških poklicih z znanjem in sposobnostmi, ki jim bodo olajšale vsakdanje delo in jim pomagale pri konstruktivnem reševanju vsakodnevnih izzivov. Pri tem se lahko pogosto spregleda dejstvo, da je človek z vso svojo zgodbo, torej lastno identiteto tisti, ki prihaja v odnos. V pedagoških poklicih je ta odnos vsak dan v ospredju. Magistrska naloga s pomočjo narativne hermenevtike odpira pogled na človeka, ki vključuje njegove različne dimenzije bivanja in delovanja. Predstavi narativno identiteto sebstva in uporabnost naracije pri samorefleksiji. Metoda Osebni dnevnik, ki je v jedru naloge predstavljena in umeščena je ena od možnosti refleksije lastnega življenja. Z njeno pomočjo posameznik pogleda na svoje življenje in delovanje. Hkrati pa lahko s pomočjo metode vidi še neizkoriščene potenciale, ki jih njegovo življenje ima. Naloga se dotakne tudi Jungovih psiholoških konceptov, ki so Progoffu vir za postavitev metode. Progoffova metoda je s svojim celostnim pristopom lahko alternativna možnost različnim izobraževanjem in seminarjem, ki so pedagoškim delavcem ponujeni.

Title:
Pedagogical value of narration in the method of Ira Progoff
Abstract:
In pedagogic professions it is common to stress the importance of education and possible further workshops. The purpose of this is to get the knowledge and competencies for teachers and all who work in pedagogic professions in order to make their everyday work easier and to help them find constructive solutions for their challenges. The human with his own story, his own identity is often overseen. In pedagogical professions, it is the relationship that is always on the front line. Master's thesis use narrative hermeneutics to have a view on humans with different dimensions of their being and doing. It presents the narrative identity of the self and the use of narrative in self-reflection. Intensive Journal Method, that is presented and compartmentalized in the main part of the thesis, is one of the options for the reflection of life. Method can help a person to see their own life and doings. At the same time the method allows them to see the unused potentials of their own life. The thesis presents Jung's psychological concepts, as they are the source for Progoff's method. Progoff's method with a wholeness approach can be an alternative to various educations and workshops for pedagogical professions.
