Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen optimiziran rotirajoči centrifugalni drobilnik orehov. Na podlagi preizkusa trenja orehov je izdelan preračun potrebne moči elektromotorja, ki služi za osnovo izbire tipa motorja in motorju pripadajočega frekvenčnega pretvornika. Za drobilnik je narejena tudi tehnična dokumentacija, s pomočjo katere lahko drobilnik izdelamo. V drugem delu naloge sta predstavljena razviti rotirajoči ločevalnik in podajalnik orehov. Prikazane so različne izvedbe ločevalnikov in podajalnikov. Razviti podajalnik je zmes diskastega podajalnika in zobniškega ločevalnika. Orehi iz zalogovnika eden za drugim padajo v pripravljene izvrtine za orehe v rotirajoči se plošči. Z nastavljanjem podložne in zgornje plošče preprečujemo rotirajoči se plošči pobiranje več kot enega oreha hkrati. Predstavljen je tudi izbor pogona. Izdelan je 3D model in dokumentacija za izdelavo podajalnika.

Title:Walnut feeding and separating machine
Abstract:
This thesis presents optimization of rotary walnut crushing machine. Calculation of required electrical motor power is made based on results of walnut crushing tests. Calculated motor power is then used for electrical motor and frequency converter selection. Technical documentation for walnut crushing machine production is also included. The second part of the thesis presents developed rotary separator and walnut feeder. Different kinds of separators and feeders are shown. Developed machine is combination of rotary disc feeder and sprocket separator. Machine consists of container and three feeding plates. Upper and bottom plates can be moved up and down to adjust the right distance to allow feeding of walnuts one by one. Middle plate is rotating and feeding walnuts to the crushing machine. Required electrical motor power for feeder is calculated. 3D model and technical documentation for developed machine production are also made.
