Abstract
Šole v naravi pomembno vplivajo na celosten razvoj otrok, ob aktivnostih v naravi in življenju v skupnosti otroci razvijajo fizične, čustvene in socialne veščine. V šoli v naravi se preko skupnega življenja in spoznavanja sošolcev v novih življenjskih situacijah, poglabljajo medsebojni odnosi in krepijo socialne vezi. Otroci z učnimi, socializacijskimi in vedenjskimi težavami se v šoli v naravi lažje uveljavijo, izrazijo svoja močna področja in s tem krepijo samozavest.

Active participation of a class teacher in a school in nature, which through its participation, sets an example for students, has proved to be important. At school in nature, through living together and getting to know classmates in new life situations, relationships are deepened and social bonds gets stronger. Life and activities in nature have a positive effect on children with learning, socialization and behavioral problems and on their easiness, the frequency of deviant behavior is reduced. These children find it easier to establish themselves in school in nature, to show their strong areas and thus to increase self-esteem. The research shows that the social component and knowledge of social skills are important in the implementation of schools in nature.
