Abstract
Zaradi širjenja mest in s tem večanja potreb po urbanih zelenih površinah, število teh narašča, sredstev za njihovo upravljanje pa je vedno manj. To je razlog za vse večjo potrebo po alternativnih modelih upravljanja teh površin. Za oblikovanje modela za trajnostno rabo urbanih zelenih površin je potrebno sodelovanje tako samoorganiziranih občinskih iniciativ kot tudi mestnih oblasti. V magistrskem delu se je za oblikovanje modela večkriterijskega odločanja za urbane zelene površine izbralo orodje DEXi. To je program, ki temelji na kvalitativnem večparametrskem odločanju in združuje hierarhično razporejen odločitveni model s kvalitativnimi kriteriji, ki temeljijo na strokovnih predpostavkah. Z izvedbo intervjujev strokovnjakov iz socialnih, ekoloških in ekonomskih področij, se je določilo glavne atribute in druge kriterije, ki imajo potencialen vpliv na trajnostno rabo urbanih zelenih površin. Te se je s pomočjo orodja DEXi oblikovalo v odločitveno drevo. Z vnosom podatkov o dejanskem upravljanju in rabi zelene površine učnega laboratorija Livada LAB smo ugotovili, da trenutni način vodenja ni trajnosten. Po analizi vseh kriterijev in oblikovanju različnih scenarijev smo ugotovili, da imata najmočnejši vpliv na končno trajnostno rabo urbane zelene površine atributa finančna varnost in donosnost. Če spremenimo ta dva kriterija v pozitivno vrednost, postane upravljanje z urbano zeleno površino učnega laboratorija Livada LAB trajnostno.

Title:Selecting most suitable multi-attribute model based for green urban spaces
Abstract:
The need of alternative managing models of green urban spaces is growing because of increasingly smaller funds for their management. In order to design a model for sustainable use of urban green spaces the cooperation of both self-organized municipal initiatives and city municipalities needs to be established. In this master’s thesis we use multi-attribute decision making computer program DEXi to develop sustainable model for managing urban green spaces. It is aimed at interactive development of qualitative multi-attribute decision models and the evaluation of options based on professional assumptions. With the implementation of the interviews with specialists from social, ecological and economic fields we determined main attributes and other criteria, that have potential influence on sustainable use of urban green areas. Those attributes were formed to decision tree using tool DEXi for determining the ones with most influence on sustainability of urban green spaces. Then we tested designed model on urban green space Livada LAB, Ljubljana. We found out, that current manner of management is not sustainable. After the analysis of all criteria we found out, that attributes as financial safety and profitability had a greater impact on final sustainable use of urban green area and if they changed, managing of urban green space Livada LAB becomes sustainable.
