Vpliv izobraževanja mladinskih delavcev na njihovo delovno uspešnost

Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je teoretično opisano izobraževanje na splošno. Zajema učenje in izobraževanje pred vstopom na delovni trg, vse od predšolske vzgoje do študijskih programov ter kasnejše izobraževanje in usposabljanje na delovnem mestu. Proces izobraževanja zaposlenih je opisan po korakih, opredeljen je tudi pravni okvir izobraževanja zaposlenih. Teoretično sem opredelila pojme človeški kapital, učeča se organizacija, motivacija in delovna uspešnost. Človeški kapital je vezan na sposobnosti ljudi ter njihova znanja in zato zelo pomemben za vsako organizacijo. Posamezniki se trudijo izpopolniti svoje znanje tako zaradi večjih dohodkov kot tudi zaradi lastnega zadovoljstva. Učeča se organizacija pripomore k razvoju človeškega kapitala, saj zaposleni za doseganje dobrih rezultatov nenehno izboljšujejo svoje zmogljivosti. Motivacija je pomemben dejavnik na poti do uspešnega učenja in izobraževanja zaposlenih ter njihove delovne uspešnosti. Delovna uspešnost pokaže, kako so delovne naloge opravljene in koliko časa ter energije so zaposleni namenili svojemu delu. Nadrejeni ima pomembno vlogo pri zagotavljanju delovne uspešnosti zaposlenega, saj ga usmerja in usposablja ter motivira in mu svetuje. Opisano je delo z mladimi; bistvo tega dela je spodbujanje posameznika k razvijanju svoje osebnosti, mladinski delavci pa so jim pri tem v podporo. Z raziskavo, v kateri so sodelovali mladinski delavci in delavke, sem ugotavljala, kako vpliva izobraževanje na delovnem mestu na njihovo delovno uspešnost. Opravila sem 14 intervjujev, na podlagi katerih sem ugotovila, da izobraževanje pomembno vpliva na delovno uspešnost mladinskih delavcev. Rezultate sem predstavila v obliki odgovorov in diagramov. Empirični del magistrske naloge sem zaključila s sklepi in predlogi.

Title:The impact of education of youth workers on their work effectiveness
Abstract:
In master thesis there is a theoretical definition of education in general. It includes learning and education before entering the labour market, from pre-school education to study programmes, and subsequently on-the-job education and training. The process of education of employees is described step by step, legal frame of education is also defined. I have theoretically defined concepts as human capital, learning organization, motivation and work effectiveness. Human capital is tied to people’s skills and knowledge, and is essential to any organization. Individuals invest in their knowledge for higher incomes as well as for their own satisfaction. A learning organization helps to develop human capital, because employees work in a way that is constantly improving their capacities to achieve good results. Motivation is an important factor in the successful learning and education of employees and their work effectiveness. Work effectiveness shows how work tasks are completed and how much time and energy they put into their work. The supervisor plays an important role in ensuring the employee’s work effectiveness by direction, training, motivating and advising. Work with young people is also captured, the essence of which is to encourage each individual to develop his or her personality, and youth workers to support them. By doing a research among youth workers, I found out how much workplace education effects on their work effectiveness. I conducted 14 interviews to find that education has a significant impact on the work effectiveness of youth workers. I presented the results in the form of answers and diagrams. I concluded the empirical part of the master's thesis with conclusions and suggestions.
