Business analysis is understood as a process that gives us a better insight into how the company operates. Through business analysis, companies test their performance in order to provide information to internal and external users.
I analysed the company's business operations so that I can show the company their advantages and disadvantages. By analysing, I wanted to help the company's leadership in further work, especially when planning changes that would affect the company by increasing the performance of their business. The main factor contributing to more profitable decisions in the company is an appropriate and high quality business analysis.
In conjunction with the major changes presented in the company, the balance sheet and profit & loss statement will be analysed. Data connected with the major changes presented in the company, will be analysed and used to determine the impact of certain changes on the company's operations. The method of data analysis will be used. More emphasis is placed on the assessment of business performance and the search for factors that have influenced the reduction or increase in business performance.
Analysing the company's operations, we found that the company made the right decisions in all the years considered, which is evidenced by the fact that the company made profit during the years considered and operated economically. Company executives are well aware of the pros and cons of their business. This is confirmed by the accounting indicators presented in the diploma thesis. They are also supported by Bisnod's data – the credit for excellence.
The bachelor degree is most useful primarily for the analysed company. Through analysis, the management gets a new insight into its operation, finds deficiencies and opportunities for progress and growth of the company.
