Uporaba vibroakustičnega dušilnega materiala pri zmanjševanju zvočne moči sušilnika za perilo

Dandanes živimo v zelo hrupnem okolju, kar močno vpliva na našo zbranost in zdravje. Želimo si tišjega bivalnega okolja, zato raje posegamo po tišjih gospodinjskih aparatih. Proizvajalci gospodinjskih aparatov pa stremijo k temu, da bi imeli konkurenčne izdelke za čim nižjo ceno. Za to je potrebnih veliko meritev in primerjav. Gorenje d. o. o. je podalo zahtevo, da njihovemu sušilnemu stroju zmanjšamo zvočno moč. Odločili smo se za uporabo vibroakustičnega materiala visoke gostote. Uporabljeni viskoznoplastični material ima dve lastnosti, ki znižujeta zvočno moč: zaradi dušenja vibracij se zniža emisija hrupa, povzročena z vibracijami, zaradi njegove relativno visoke gostote pa material deluje kot zvočni izolator in znižuje širjenje hrupa po zraku iz stroja skozi ohišje v okolico. Podjetje je zahtevalo znižanje zvočne moči za 3 dB, nam pa jo je uspelo zmanjšati za 3,6 dB.

• Title: Use of vibro-acoustic insulation material in reducting sound power in laundry dryer

Abstract

Today we live in a very noisy environment that greatly affects our concentration and health. As we wish for a quieter living environment, we prefer to buy quieter home appliances. The producers of home appliances aim to produce competitive products for the lowest possible price. This requires a great number of measurements and comparisons. The Gorenje Company requested to reduce the sound power of its laundry dryer. We decided to use vibro-acoustic materials due to its high density. The viscous-plastic material used has two characteristics that reduce sound power: vibration damping reduces the noise emission caused by the vibrations and due to its relatively high density it also functions as sound insulation and reduces noise that is transmitted by air from the appliance through the housing and to the environment. The company requested the sound power to be reduced by 3 dB, which we managed to do by 3,6 dB.
